Topaz takes pride in its Quality Process. Its supporting staff consists of a network of associates located in each of our three distribution centers; Holtsville NY, Jacksonville FL, and San Fernando, CA. This quality team is dedicated to provide our customers with products that meet and exceed our standards. We are committed to Customer Satisfaction by introducing our customer feedback program, Training of Associates and Teamwork Training Programs. We contain Control of Measurement through the aid of calibrated equipment and established Process Consistency by implementing company procedures. Lean Program and Continuous Improvement have been implemented to our culture. Our current system is compliant to ISO 9001 Standards.

Consistency is achieved by testing our products received at Incoming Inspection utilizing measuring tools and equipment that are traceable to national standards. A "Zero Defect" Program is utilized as a high standard. To Support our continuous improvement values, a Material Review Board Team has been created to come up with new solutions for product improvement.

In addition, Topaz's contribution to the environment by implementing "Green" programs such as ROHS and LEED.
